Outside of the initial phone consult, which is a phone appointment, my other appointments can be booked as virtual, in -person, or phone appointments.

Do I need a referral from my physician?

No, a referral from your physician is not required to begin your hormone wellness journey with me. I welcome you to take the first step independently.

I have started my hormone regimen and have questions, what do I do?

Navigating your hormone regimen is a journey, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. This service is billed by time (15 minute increments) ensuring you receive tailored guidance and support based on your unique needs. Your ongoing well-being is my priority, and I am committed to providing you with the resources and assistance needed to optimize your hormone balance.  

What if my practitioner does not approve the recommendation?

I will send a letter of recommendation and provide a copy of your labs directly to your practitioner for approval. To enhance the collaboration and ensure a seamless process, I recommend proactively reaching out to your provider beforehand. This step is particularly helpful if you have any uncertainty about their receptiveness, fostering a smoother experience as we work together to optimize your hormone balance.

What kind of follow-up is recommended, and how do I go about it?

Ensuring your ongoing success is a key focus of my approach. I recommend the following comprehensive follow-up plan:

  1. Eight-Week Follow-Up by Phone:
    •  A dedicated call at the eight-week mark allows us to gauge your progress, answer any questions, and address concerns. This appointment is scheduled during your initial consultation.
  2. Follow-Up Labs (3-6 Months):
    • At the eight-week appointment, a lab kit will be sent for follow-up labs, recommended between three and six months after initiating the hormone replacement regimen. This ensures a proactive approach to optimizing your hormonal health.
  3. Yearly Follow-Up:
    • Receive an annual follow-up reminder via email. If you're ready, simply respond to the email, and I will promptly send out a lab kit. Schedule your follow-up appointment online for a seamless and convenient experience.
